Adam is a second-year audio recording major at Case Western Reserve University, hailing from Milford, Conn. Adam started writing for The Observer in fall 2007 and became Assistant Editor of the Focus section in fall 2008. Aside from writing for the paper, Adam has a radio show on WRUW-FM 91.1 and plays clarinet in multiple ensembles.

More than anything, studying and analyzing popular music of the last 50 years or so has been a lifelong conquest. Adam hopes to bring some insight (or anything at all) to The Observer. His favorite artists include Tom Waits, Frank Zappa, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Ween, They Might Be Giants, and of course, the Beatles.
